Labor Management Project Manager
Job Description
Join AutoZone as a Labor Management Project Manager and play a pivotal role in optimizing store operations nationwide.
In this dynamic position, you'll lead weekly schedule generation for domestic stores, support field teams with scheduling guidance, and help maintain our labor model and scheduling systems.
You'll also drive communication, training, and project coordination efforts that keep our stores running smoothly.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for generating weekly schedules for all domestic stores
* Responsible for providing support to stores and field AutoZoners and able to assist with scheduling questions.
* Responsible for composing store communication and hot news alerts for the field.
* Responsible for helping to organize and manage project timelines for the team.
* Responsible for developing and delivering training content.
* Responsible for planning/developing content and setup or National Sales Meeting Expo.
* Responsible for some ad hoc data requests and analysis.
* Assists with annual time studies.
* Assists with maintaining the scheduling system.
* Assists with maintaining the labor model.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferrably in Store Operations or Field Management
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
You'll Go The Extra Mile If
* Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS) or equivalent
* Experience with zTASC scheduling system is a plus
* Experience in SQL, SAS and Google Big Query a plus
