About the Role

As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo an extensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales career within the electrical distribution industry.

This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn about the electrical products, services, and sales processes that are crucial to our business.

After completing the training, you will work closely with senior sales professionals to support sales efforts, build customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company.

What You'll Do:


* Participate in a comprehensive training program that includes learning about our products, services, systems, and sales processes.

Gain hands-on experience in a variety of sales-related tasks, including customer interactions, product quoting, and order management.


* Develop an in-depth understanding of the electrical products we distribute, including technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.


* Assist senior sales representatives in managing customer accounts, answering inquiries, and providing product recommendations.

Learn how to build relationships with both new and existing customers.


* Shadow the team in creating accurate sales quotes, entering orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.


* Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including data entry, order tracking, and preparing sales reports.


* Work closely with other departments such as purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
