Schedule: Every Weekend + Some Evenings

Dublin Post Acute Care is seeking an energetic and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team! This position plays a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging activities and social programs.

Responsibilities:


* Assist in planning, organizing, and leading daily recreational activities and events


* Encourage resident participation and social interaction


* Help with activity setup, cleanup, and preparation of materials


* Provide support and companionship to residents during activities


* Collaborate with the Activities Director to create a positive, fun environment

Requirements:


* Friendly, creative, and dependable personality


* Enjoys working with seniors and promoting engagement


* Previous experience in healthcare or senior living preferred, but not required


* Must be available every weekend and some evenings
