What you will do

The Lead Analyst, North America (NA) Global Brand Protection is responsible for ensuring brand integrity and consumer safety by conducting thorough analyses of brand protection issues, monitoring online marketplaces for violations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective investigative strategies.

They must maintain accurate investigative records, coordinate enforcement efforts with third-party vendors, and conduct regular assessments of vendor performance to support a robust framework for brand protection.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Conduct in-depth analysis of brand protection issues including counterfeiting, diversion and tampering of consumer health goods.

2.

Monitor and analyze online marketplaces, social media, and other open-source intelligence to identify potential violations of brand rights, IP and product diversion.

3.

Analyze multiple internal data sources to identify linkages and patterns to support the triage process for new incidents; support ongoing investigations; and build the intelligence picture of illicit supply chains.

4.

Set and deliver against structured action and collection plans for each investigation.

5.

Review, assess and obtain alignment from the Regional Director on Vendor investigative plans (IP) and estimated budgets.

6.

Support the investigative process and suggest modifications to IPs and budgets as required.

7.

Under the guidance of the Regional Director, engage with internal and external stakeholders in determining appropriate investigative strategies.

8.

Coordinate with 3rd party vendors on investigations referred for enforcement.

9.

Ensure investigative records are maintained in an accurate, timely, and thorough manner and related metrics are appropriately captured in the case management and intelligence management systems....
