This position reports into Head of Talent Access & Mobility Strategic Capabilities and is based at Summit, NJ.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing our approach to early career talent acceleration and development, creating tailored paths that enhance skills, boost engagement, and foster long-term career growth.

* Lead our Global University Hiring community of practice, bringing insights, tools and strategy to a consistent Kenvue University hire experience.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions to enhance Kenvue's presence on campuses.
