Community Resource Outreach Administrator

Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Community Resource Outreach Administrator to join our team onsite in Memphis, TN.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement, provider support, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in training, recruiting, and supporting providers, while collaborating with stakeholders to implement policy changes and resolve escalated issues.

This position requires extensive travel within Shelby County, including visits to two office locations.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.

- Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.

- Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.

- Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.

- Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.

- Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement - operational policy changes.

- Stay updated on project details and changes.

- Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.

- Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.

- Must have reliable transportation in order to travel to two (2) offices as well as local travel within Shelby County.

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
