We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Customer Service Manager to lead our high-performing team at Molex.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee Supervisors and Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery that supports our global sales initiatives.

You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do



* Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues and account management challenges


* Lead and support Supervisors and their teams to deliver best-in-class customer service


* Optimize team productivity while maintaining high-quality customer interactions


* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive growth


* Provide strategic leadership to align customer forecasting with sales planning


* Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the customer service organization


* Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Proven ability to support and lead Supervisors and team members at our Lisle location


* Willingness to travel (15-20%) for strategic customer engagements


* Strong decision-making skills with a balanced focus on sales and operations


* Ability to respond to critical situations with urgency and clarity


* Experience driving team accountability and performance

What Will Put You Ahead



* Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service or operations environment


* Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

For this role, we anticipate paying $115,000-$135,000 per year.

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
