NI-Advanced Practice Provider, Primary Care: Family Medicine

Job Summary

UW Health in northern Illinois seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our family medicine team in Rockford, Illinois.

We are looking for a dedicated candidate to provide our patients with high-quality treatment and embody our mission - "Through excellence in healthcare and compassionate service, we care for our community."

Your clinical support includes the following:


* The region's largest and most-preferred medical group and health system


* Flexible schedule working Monday through Friday - no weekend requirement


* Full-service academic hospital support including the SwedishAmerican Heart Hospital and the SwedishAmerican Women's and Children's hospital


* Excellent tertiary specialty support from University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health


* Robust onboarding program for all new providers to the system and additional support for new graduates in Family Medicine

Qualifications:


* Master's degree from accredited PA program or completion of a master's level advanced practice nurse program.


* Active APRN or PA license in State of IL and active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
