Property Manager

As the Property Manager at our 65-unit apartment community, Woodland Commons in Kittery, ME you will be working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in the day-to-day operations.

Pay: $70,000 - $75,000

Job Requirements: 


* Strong commitment to supporting our community and residents


* Ability to organize and prioritize work


* Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others


* Working knowledge of affordable housing programs, such as HUD and LIHTC


* Previous experience in Property Management preferred
