The Senior Director, Divestitures, is a key member of the J&J Innovative Medicine Business Development team, leading the established products divestiture team, including direct management for a team of two direct reports.  This role leads end-to-end process and strategy for critical divestitures, driving opportunities from identification, through partner negotiations, and culminating in transition of programs to external parties.  The Senior Director, Divestitures drives our divestiture strategy, leveraging a wide range of cross functional resources to enable a productive and succession transaction process.

Importantly, this role will partner closely with partners including Established Products, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Finance, Pharmacovigilance and others.

The Senior Director Divestitures will report directly to the Vice President of Acquisitions & Divestitures.
