THE OPPORTUNITY
This is your chance to build and develop strong partnerships in one of J&J’s leading disease portfolios.
Stakeholders comprise of key Clinicians in the public and private settings, Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists.
You will work within a highly experienced cross-functional team with a ‘one team’, approach and with a high level of support and resources.
Reporting to the National Business Manager for Hematology you’ll lead a Victorian territory for J&J by developing tactical account plans to grow your business whilst contributing to the strategic business strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and activity goals for the territory and state
* Deliver the therapeutic Hematology sales objectives and targets through cross-functional collaboration
* Build and maintain professional relationships with target customers
* Impart highly technical information to key customers
* Implement a Key Account Management strategy to grow the Hematology portfolio business in your territory
ABOUT YOU
* A person with a successful sales track record in selling ideally to hospital Specialists and other stakeholders
* Experience working in either; Hematology/Oncology is highly advantageous
* The ability to uncover customer needs, action insights and adapt your sales approach to suit
* A high level of business acumen is required with the proven ability to adopt a Key Account Management approach to the business and customer base
* A strategic mindset with sound competitor awareness
