The salary range for this temp position is $38 - $42 per/hour.

Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location.

SUMMARY

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate procurement of materials required to support our operations and production goals.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Contract Materials Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced cosmetics and skincare industry- a strong communicator with a solid analytical background and robust systems experience.

This is a contract position with an expected duration of 5-6 months

RESPONSIBILITIES



* Analyze forecasts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to determine optimal order quantities and timing, minimizing potential disruptions.


* Generate and manage purchase orders for components and raw materials, including cosmetic ingredients and packaging materials, adhering to quality standards and budget guidelines.


* Proactively monitor order status and communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure on-time shipment and resolve potential roadblocks.
