Job responsibilities


* Assist product owners in delivering customer-focused solutions.


* Support coordination of product delivery activities and release management.


* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.


* Participate in technical and functional sessions for solution design.


* Help create requirement documents, data flow diagrams, and user stories.


* Contribute to test scenario development and documentation.


* Communicate effectively with team members and partners.


* Identify and resolve issues to support project goals.


* Maintain accurate records of delivery activities.


* Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


* Basic understanding of product management principles.


* Interest in fraud risk or financial services.
