Senior Product Delivery Associate - FAS Maintenance Team

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the FAS Maintenance Team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.

Work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities


* Support testing efforts across multiple applications within the FAS organization


* Proactively engage with clients and team members to verify timelines and requirements


* Complete all deliverables according to aligned sprints and schedules; communicate and escalate risks, blockers, and impacts that could delay initiatives


* Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues that require next-level support


* Participate in all team agile events, learning sessions, and team discussions as we review best practices


* Partner with FAS Product Areas to identify new efficiency opportunities that can be enhanced by testing automation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area


* Demonstrated performance in either product delivery or relevant domain area


* Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities


* Experience in product deployment processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
