Manager – Learning Services (Spanish / Portuguese)

Global Learning services manager plays a key role in managing End-to-End Learning Operations, Oversees the full spectrum of learning delivery, from platform administration to seamless program execution.

Leads the end-to-end management of learning programs and campaigns, encompassing design to deployment, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Agility: Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.

Business Acumen: Aligns learning initiatives with organizational goals to ensure relevance and impact.

LMS Expertise: Administer the internal LMS, create, manage global training catalogs and sessions.

Participate in UAT testing for LMS upgrades and vendor integrations.

Data & Analytics: Create dashboards and reports using analytics tools to measure learning impact, effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Understand stakeholder learning needs for South America region, business goals, and expectations to align solutions effectively.

Facilitate clear, timely, and transparent communication (Spanish, Portuguese) across all stakeholder levels.

Collect, analyze, and act on stakeholder feedback to enhance learning programs and services.

Provide regular updates on program progress, performance metrics, and overall impact.

Advocate for learning initiatives, influencing stakeholders to support and invest in them.
Program Management: Plans, executes, and monitors learning programs for quality and compliance.

Operational Excellence: Acts as a subject matter expert to ensure smooth and efficient learning operations.

Provide backup support for KAMs and promote team collaboration and cross-training.

Take ownership of tasks, maintain ethical standards, and invest in continuous learning.

Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, and chargeback processes.

Governance: Ensure adherence to governance standards, Ticket SLAs, and KPIs.

Process Efficiency: Continuously seeks opportunities to streamline and enhance learning processes through simplification, standardization, and automation.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



* Minimum 2+ years experience in large Corporate (HR related or any field).


* Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Education, HR, or related field.


* Language Skills:- Strong Fluency (Read, write & Speak) in Spanish / Portuguese


* Experience: L&D experience is preferred, Good program / operations management skills is must.


* Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, LMS (preferably CSOD), Agile methodology, and data analytics.
