Agile project Manager- Hardware/Power electronics

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):


* Lead and manage complex global projects in Power electronics domain


* Possess strong knowledge in the end-to-end product development lifecycle specific to power electronics products and systems.


* Demonstrated ability to comprehend and integrate diverse functional domains for project delivery-such as Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, Regulatory, Industrialization, and Supply Chain


* Drive cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards


* Proactively Anticipate project risks, conduct risk management sessions, and implement mitigation strategies.


* Prepare and manage project budgets and align with financial controllers


* Work with Industrialization and supply chain team to transfer the product to manufacturing


* Provide leadership and decision-making support in complex project scenarios.


* Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance.


* Mentor junior project managers and contribute to best practices.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Desired Qualifications / Requirements

+ BE/B Tech Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical
+ Must be PMP certified, CSM/PSM certification is added advantage
+ Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in working with R&D or Product development domain
+ Proven track record in handling complex global projects
+ Good Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent oral & written communication in English.
