The role of the SFE(Sales Force Effectiveness and Analytics) team is to support the Leadership team to measure and analyze the performance of the sales force and its evolution, to synthesize the information through accurate dashboard and KPIs and to partner effectively with the business to deliver improvements in sales force excellence.

SFE interns support a variety of tasks for this purpose, and through this experience, you will understand the essentials of SFE.
 

[Job Responsibilities]

 

You collaborate and support in various ways for the following tasks.

 

-   Managing and organizing comprehensive data in CRM system

-   Designing and building user-friendly dashboards that visualize metrics by developing interactive dashboards

-   Establishing manuals for collective, storing, and organizing data from various sources

-   Improving operational efficiency through streamlined data management practices

  

[Job Requirements]

 

-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, knowledge in visualization tools (e.g.

Tableau) is a plus

-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-   Strong communication and collaborative skills

-   Fluent in both Korean and English
