As a Freight Audit Experienced Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of freight audit and payment processes.

This position supports day-to-day operations, drives issue resolution, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and validating transportation rate master data and supporting system testing and enhancements related to freight audit platforms.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for process optimization.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance, IT) and external partners (e.g., carriers, third-party audit providers) to ensure seamless freight cost validation and payment processes.

 

Key Responsibilities


* Freight Audit & Pay Support


*
+ Monitor and support the end-to-end freight audit process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice validation and payment.
+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies between carrier invoices and contracted rates or shipment data.
+ Act as a liaison between carriers, third-party audit providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with audit standards.


* Master Data Management
