As a Business Analysis Manager within JPMorganChase, you will be a key player in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Job Responsibilities:


* Collaborate with Workforce Planning Product and Data Analytics teams to execute on complex strategies for optimizing efficiencies and achieving key success metrics with focus on Back Office reimagined, Dynamic Workforce, Staffing Optimization and key Operations efficiency outcomes.


* Collaborate and engage with Risk partners to ensure timely delivery of key business inputs


* Provide strategic recommendations to Senior Management on financial and operational planning, ensuring alignment with budget expectations supported by robust analytics.


* Present detailed analysis of risks and opportunities within the monthly rolling forecast, providing actionable insights.


* Serve as the control point for forecast inputs, ensuring accuracy and validation of partner handoffs in support of the rolling budget forecast.
