What You'll Do:


* Perform MIG welding and torch welding on metal components


* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics


* Use measuring tools to determine critical dimensions and tolerances


* Install various truck and body components onto chassis


* Conduct sanding, grinding, and metal prep work


* Perform rework as needed and maintain quality standards


* Follow established safety and quality procedures


* Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing tasks

What We're Looking For:


* High School Diploma or GED


* Welding experience or vocational training


* Ability to pass a preliminary weld test


* AWS D1.1 Code certification within 60 days of placement


* Experience with wire feed welding, MIG or TIG welding


* Strong attention to detail and blueprint reading skills


* Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
