What You'll Do:


* Supervise and support nursing staff during the NOC shift to ensure quality resident care.


* Monitor residents' health conditions and ensure timely documentation and communication.


* Oversee medication administration and treatment plans.


* Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.


* Lead by example — fostering teamwork, professionalism, and a positive environment.


* Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

What We're Looking For:


* A current and active California RN license in good standing.


* Strong leadership and critical-thinking skills.


* A calm, confident presence with a passion for long-term care.


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred (but not required!).
