Midtown Oaks Post Acute is hiring a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during the PM shift.

Responsibilities:


* Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care


* Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and CNAs


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes


* Assist with problem-solving and act as a resource for staff during the shift

Qualifications:


* Current California RN license


* Previous supervisory/leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred


* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills


* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
