Training Supervisor

Schneider Electric is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead employee development initiatives at our West Chester, OH facility.

This role is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering effective programs, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities


* Assess training needs in collaboration with managers and supervisors.


* Propose and implement training programs aligned with operational goals.


* Deliver training for employees across various levels and functions.


* Conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and impact.


* Maintain reference materials and support tools for ongoing education.


* Monitor and update training procedures to ensure relevance and efficiency.


* Coordinate quality assurance activities including fairs, calibration, and scrap analysis through the QA lab.

Skills and Capabilities for Success


* Strong leadership and facilitation skills.


* Excellent written and verbal communication.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


* Applied knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


* 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.


* Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.


* Familiarity with Engineer-to-Order manufacturing processes preferred.
