Job Title: Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA)

Salary: $23-$28.00 hourly

Schedule: Part-Time, 24 - hours per week

Duties:


* Plan, implement, and oversee restorative care services, ensuring compliance with regulations.


* Collaborate with various departments for effective restorative care planning and execution.


* Establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for restorative care delivery.


* Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning related to restorative care.


* Provide guidance and training to restorative care personnel and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:


* Must possess a current license from an approved CNA Program.


* Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA in long-term care.


* Previous training in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practice preferred.
