About the Role:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:


* Deliver direct patient care in accordance with an established care plan.


* Administer medications and injections as prescribed.


* Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes.


* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.


* Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.


* Maintain accurate medical records and comply with HIPAA and safety regulations.

Requirements:


* Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA


* CPR/BLS certification (required)


* Minimum 2 years of LVN experience


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented


* Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.

Current CPR certification.

Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.

Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times.
