* Document progress and celebrate every milestone—big or small!


* Be a friendly face and trusted guide for residents and their families.

? What We're Looking For


* Valid Florida COTA license.


* A heart for seniors and a knack for motivating others.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.


* Creativity in adapting therapy to meet individual needs.


* Experience in assisted living or geriatric care is a plus!
