Associate Health RN

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Full-time.

Day shift hours.

Monday - Friday 0700 or 0730 start time; 1 day a week of on-call for walk in injuries.

No weekends or holidays.

You will work at the 1415 E State St Clinic in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:


* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications



* Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate degree with equivalent experience.

Required


* Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.

Work Experience



* 4 years clinical experience in direct patient care.

Licenses & Certifications



* Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois.

Required


* Bi-Annual BLS.

Required


* Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) designation.
