Patient Access Rep Hospital

Work Schedule:

PRN, day/evening/night shift.

20 hours expected on average per 6 week rotation, including one 8 hour weekend shift and one 8 hour holiday shift.

You will work at 1401 E State Street Rockford IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Education


* High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required


* Associate's Degree in Business, Finance.

Health Information Management or related field.

Preferred

Work Experience


* 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field.

Required


* 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field.

Preferred


* Experience in providing a high level of customer service.

Required


* Experience operating office machines such as personal computers, fax machines, photocopier, and document scanners.
