Solution Technical Leader

A Solution Technical Electrical Engineer at Schneider Electric is responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and technical requirements, and managing the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.

They are the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal teams, driving technical decisions, and ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions.

What will you do?

Technical Expertise:


* Help assess project requirements and determine the best technical solutions.


* Ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and company capabilities.

Risk Management:


* Identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:


* Ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions through testing and validation.

Team Consulting:


* Consulting with the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Documentation:


* Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.

Solution Development:


* Driving the development of technical solutions, including design choices, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.

Collaboration:


* Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful project delivery.

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
