A fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join us at Kimpton Clocktower on a Full-Time contract!

You will earn £12.60 per hour, which is equal to £26,208.00 salary plus service charge.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will work across multiple kitchens and will be crucial in supporting the kitchen team to maintain food hygiene standards.

You will ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization of the kitchen while supporting the chefs.

That includes washing dishes, cleaning equipment, assisting with basic food preparation, removing garbage and ensuring proper disposal of waste, providing general support to the kitchen staff (such as fetching items or helping with deliveries) and assisting with inventory by keeping track of supplies and alerting kitchen managers when items need to be reordered.

To succeed as a Kitchen Porter, you will need:


* To be passionate about delivering great service


* Ability to work a variety of shifts


* To have previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, or Prep Chef is preferable


* Experience with working in a busy kitchen environment & being able to work with deadlines. 


* To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
