Media Agency of Record (AOR) AI: Configuration and Enablement Lead-Vice President

Join the Advanced Media Solutions team, a team of media and technology professionals focused on AI configuration and enablement across JPMorganChase Paid Media.

This team works in close partnership with paid media subject matter experts, Controls, Compliance, Legal and Sourcing.

This ensures the solutions are delivered end-to-end, while ensuring responsible use of AI in compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations, with regular progress updates being shared with senior leadership and C-Suite management.

As part of its mandate, the Advanced Media Solutions team will devote time to remain up to date with cutting-edge advances in AI.

As the Media Agency of Record (AOR) AI Configuration and Enablement Lead-Vice President on the Advanced Media Solutions team, you will work with colleagues across the team on execution platforms, media agencies, Data & Analytics, etc.

to integrate the use of artificial intelligence into business strategies to deliver measurable commercial impact and solutions geared to assist the Paid Media team.

You should be experienced in both traditional artificial intelligence/machine learning and generative artificial intelligence capabilities, identifying priorities and focusing on high-impact artificial intelligence use cases.

You will set the Generative AI strategy around Large Language Models and Agentic AI, reuse and scale AI solutions across lines of business, and foster a culture of innovation and an AI-first mindset among employees.

Job responsibilities


* Evaluate agency capabilities to determine which tools augment either Media team or supporting agency capabilities, and take them through internal requisite oversight and approval steps for use-working closely with supporting teams such as Data & Analytics, Product, Technology, Modeling, Finance, and Media.


* Define success criteria, measure and monitor success metrics on an ongoing basis, and report business benefits to the Marketing CFO office.


* Partner with the Integrated Media Management team to roadshow new capabilities and build implementation plans to either test new tools or implement tools into existing operating models.


* Recommend annual adjustments to our agency support model to ensure limited or low duplication of services across agencies, and maximize value realized from onboarded tools.


* Collaborate with the Media Platform/Third Party AI lead to evaluate capabilities, determine how each tool should be classified, and own the implementation plan (e.g., building internally, on our behalf, externally, buy, etc.).


* Lead the planning and execution of AI and agent-based automation projects for both Media AOR and third-party capabilities, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.


* Guide those same tools through internal approvals and register with AI/ML governance, ensuring compliance requirements are maintained and up to date, and own operating model change management with working teams.
