Pay: $21.50 - $23.50 / hour (Depending on Experience)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing Team as a Wound Care Nurse.

Current Wound Care Certification is required, or within 90 days.

Responsibilities include:

+ Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments
+ Developing individualized care plans for patients
+ Maintaining open communication with patients and families
+ Providing and overseeing appropriate wound care
+ Assisting with medications and treatments as needed
+ Performing additional patient care duties as assigned
