Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday typical daytime business hours.

Work from home eligible after 90 days of employment.

 

Essential Job Duties:


* Duties (greeting visitors, answering phones, making coffee, maintaining lobby area)


* Maintain overall cleanliness of office 


* Office management duties 


* Office supply ordering/management


* Assisting with office machines/troubleshooting


* Running errands


* Handling daily mail


* Scheduling and facilitation of blood drives and flu clinics


* Preparing rooms for large events or meetings


* Assist in bulk mailings


* Covering as needed at other locations (Golden Valley and Hopkins)


* Other special projects, as assigned

Required Qualifications: 


* High school diploma


* Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background study


* Have an acceptable driving record as determined by Orion Associates policy.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience working with Microsoft office preferred


* Excellent customer service skills and data entry skills
