The Role: Head of KAM- Building Segment

What will you do?


* Developing and executing the sales strategy for the building segment in alignment with business objectives.


* Managing and expanding relationships with key building sector clients, including commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail chains, and private & government buildings.


* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Key Account Managers & Key Account Executives to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.


* Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.


* Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.


* Ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.


* Proven track record in managing large accounts and leading sales teams, preferably in the building, construction, or energy-related industries.


* Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and customer landscape in the building sector.


* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
