THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Medical Affairs Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the Medical Affairs strategy across all products within the Immunology & Specialty therapeutic areas.

This high-impact role involves strategic leadership, customer-centricity, team empowerment, and operational excellence.

You will lead, inspire and empower a large team, whilst maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value.

Additionally, this role has a strong collaborative and cross-functional approach to ensure business goals are achieved whilst driving strategic initiatives, team performance, and improving patient outcomes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Drive the vision and execution of Medical Affairs strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and patient needs.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering meaningful value.


* Promote a cross-functional approach, working closely with marketing, sales, regulatory affairs and broader teams to collectively achieve business goals.


* Lead, inspire, and develop large field and office-based teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and high performance.


* Maintain high level of quality, compliance and accountability


* Partner across functions to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully implemented and business goals are achieved.
