The Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions team at J&J Innovative Medicine is charged with implementing disruptive customer experience solutions that support patients and providers in starting and staying on their prescribed Johnson & Johnson therapies.
As a member of this team, the Product Manager, Patient Experience will co-lead insight development, idea generation, execution, measurement, and optimization of solutions that improve the experience for patients starting Johnson & Johnson Immunology therapies.
The candidate will be deeply committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences, serving as a passionate advocate for individuals preparing to begin Johnson & Johnson Immunology therapies.
This role requires a strategic problem solver who can craft compelling, data-driven narratives that inspire alignment and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
The successful candidate will help shape and advance innovative patient support solutions by influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
