We are searching for the best talent for Sales Lead.
You will be responsible for:
* Supervises individual contributors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
* Applies in-depth knowledge of Infectious Diseases & Vaccines products to execute sales strategy inclusive of operational planning for business needs.
* Contributes to the execution of sales and business development strategy and process under limited supervision.
* Analyzes complex performance, competitive, and customer data to identify key issues, and recommend strategies.
* Examines existing processes and develops continuous improvements in process, data, and sales operations.
* Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties.
* Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events.
* Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
* Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
* Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
