HOW WILL YOU HELP US ACHIEVE OUR GOALS?

Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships will be key as you navigate the final stage of the reservation process for large coporate and leisure groups.

An organised and systematic approach to group reservations coordination, coupled with your meticulous attention to detail, will ensure every group booking is handled with precision and care.

We're seeking a dynamic individual who can effortlessly deliver group reservation operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest service.

You'll work with multiple departments and coordinate booking requirements with our venues.

Your detailed run sheets will assist the team to deliver superior experiences, highlighting group VIP's and all other special requests.

 In this role, your analytical skills will be crucial in monitoring group wash, occupancy rates, preparing reports and maintaining all relevant group contracts.

Working as an integral part of our Sales and Marketing team, you are encouraged to bring your unique personality and perspective (your X factor).

Reporting through to the Director of Sales, this role is Full Time, working predominantly Monday - Friday, with the flexibility to work on weekends if required.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE!

We're seeking individuals who have a passion for the hotel industry and/or experience in luxury service or similar high-level customer-focused industries.

Demonstrated capability of forging strong relationships, a service-oriented mindset, resilience and flexibility are key.

Familiarity with Opera or other Hotel PMS is a bonus.

Knowledge of the local area to provide guest recommendations is highly valued.
