* Lead and oversee our infection prevention and control program.


* Monitor, track, and report infection trends while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.


* Educate and train staff on best practices for infection prevention and control.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.


* Serve as a resource and role model for infection control practices across the facility.

* Licensed LVN or RN in the state of California - in good standing


* Strong knowledge of infection control practices and healthcare regulations.


* Excellent communication and teaching skills.
