* Deliver mobile and web experiences that delight customers and meet accessibility and performance targets.


* Champion security, compliance, and data-privacy controls in collaboration with risk and legal groups.


* Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks


* Operate in a hands-on style, contributing production code and guiding CI/CD enhancements.


* Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters within your domain of expertise


* Serves as the function's go-to subject matter expert


* Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies


* Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that are leveraged across teams and functions


* Influences leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience


* Master SwiftUI/iOS mobile development through hands-on coding.


* Deep expertise in platform and distributed-system design (micro-services, event-driven patterns, cloud orchestration, observability, automated testing).


* Design, build, and integrate platform services (APIs, event streams, shared authentication, observability) that serve clients reliably.


* Demonstrate expertise in platform and distributed-system design, including micro-services and cloud orchestration.


* Leverage AI-native coding tools to accelerate software delivery and adhere to best practices.


* Mentor and uplift engineers through pair-programming, technical talks, and architecture reviews; foster a culture of continual learning and AI adoption.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* Knowledge of Java/Python/Typescript full-stack development, Kotlin, and/or Jetpack Compose is advantageous.


* Experience with AI-native development skills and experience with GenAI APIs.


* Hands-on coding mastery in responsive web applications is a plus


* Hands-on coding mastery in cloud-native systems such as AWS
