Services Data Stewards Intern

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Marketing team to manage schedules and priorities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

• Track, clean, and manage the Installed Base, including oversight of Data Quality Index (DQI) KPIs.

• Validate and ensure all Installed Base assets are covered under active service contracts.

• Monitor and manage Installed Base data maintained by partners.

• Track and report Installed Base updates managed by Customer Care Center (CCC) to the Marketing Leader.

• Manage user permissions for new BFS service users

• Participate in cadence calls as Data Steward and Delegated Admin.

• Ensure Installed Base data is accurately reflected in MySchneider.

• Share regular reports with relevant stakeholders.

Who You Are

• A university student (max.

8th semester) in Engineering, Informatic Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

• Analytical, organized, and proactive.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable working with data and digital tools.

• Familiarity with BI tools and Excel is a plus.
