This is a hybrid role available in Spring House, PA.

We are searching for the best talent for J&J Technology Business Development Off Cycle Co-Op – March to September 2026

Purpose:

Our J&J Technology Co-op Program is comprehensive learning and professional experience in the technology space at one of the world’s leading health care companies.

Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fits you.

Co-op positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last from March 30th, 2026 – September 18th, 2026.

This program also works as a feeder pool for our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full-time employment upon completion of your degree.

If you are selected for a co-op position, you will work directly with your manager as your start date approaches to confirm your exact schedule.

As a J&J Technology Business Development Analyst Co-Op, you will discover ways to apply artificial intelligence and other technologies in Business Development through internal and external research, and process and data analysis.

You will present those findings to key stakeholders and leadership sponsors for consideration.

This position offers great potential for learning both technical and non-technical skills, and leading in a technology business context.
