What You'll Do


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide therapy interventions to help residents regain independence in daily living activities


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maximize outcomes


* Document treatments and progress in compliance with state and facility guidelines


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies

What We're Looking For


* Active California OT license required


* Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
