Key Responsibilities


* Partner with Occupational Therapists to implement resident care plans


* Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to improve daily living skills


* Assist residents with adaptive equipment and techniques


* Monitor and document resident progress accurately


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best outcomes


* Support residents in achieving greater independence and quality of life

Qualifications


* Active California COTA license required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
