        Role Overview

This is a key position in Johnson & Johnson Medical India.

The incumbent would develop a deep understanding of

the current commercial educational environment across India and the neighbouring countries in order

to develop and refine a Commercial Education strategy and execute on a portfolio of products and procedures that will advance the clinical fluency of the sales team.

Design customized and innovative commercial education programs as per the country requirement.

To represent Commercial Education function in cross functional team and provide technical support and information to Sales / Marketing.

The incumbent will partner with the Global & Regional Marketing and Strategic Marketing teams to understand marketing and business strategy and partner with Sales Leadership to understand sales strategy and sales force needs.

When strategy is understood, the manager will develop learning strategy and learning continuums for Surgery focusing on assigned specialty, procedures and products

 

Illustrative Responsibilities

·       The content design process to build training materials for sales training.

·       New hire program, new product launches, and on-going professional development training courses for the tenured sales force.
