This Director of Strategic Sourcing role is accountable for all direct and indirect supplier selection, performance, and rationalization for the Auris portfolio of platforms.

Recognizing the cross functional nature of supplier relationships, this person will negotiate both between internal functions and with supplier leadership to optimize the value our partnership brings to patients, customers, and stakeholders.

The person in this role will be an active member and decision maker on the supply chain leadership team, and provide high value procurement support to all functions across all the Auris product platforms.

They will lead a team of managers and senior level individual contributors to systemically reduce supplier risk, improve COGS and drive value across the portfolio.

This position reports to the Sr.

Director of Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position is responsible for:


* Creation of short and long term sourcing strategies for direct and indirect products/services


* Supplier development, negotiation, contract execution, and performance management
