We are searching for the best talent for a Manager Comm Ops, Hospital Ops to lead and enhance operational efficiency within our orthopaedic division.

The role is preferred to be located in West Chester, PA with additional consideration for Raynham, MA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or Warsaw, IN.

Purpose: This role is critical in ensuring the seamless management of field inventory, supporting sales initiatives, and optimizing operational sales functions to foster growth and meet the demands of our sales force and healthcare partners.

You will be responsible for:


* Strategic Operations Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to support sales growth objectives.

Ensure that all operational processes, particularly in inventory management, are effectively supporting the assigned accounts and field territories.


* Advanced Analytics and Insights: Analyze operational data to provide insights to Sales Leadership, ensuring informed decision-making.

Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance inventory efficiency and address analytical needs across the US Sales leadership.


* Inventory Management: Oversee the management of orthopedic consignment inventory and equipment, ensuring optimal par levels while minimizing waste and excess.
