We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy program.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team that values clinical excellence and professional growth.

Rate Range: $50-$55 per hour

Key Responsibilities


* Provide skilled physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT)


* Accurately document daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes in accordance with PT Board standards


* Support departmental operations and ensure therapy areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained


* Collaborate with nursing staff and assist in training Restorative Aides


* Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding patient progress, concerns, and care plans


* Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences as needed


* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and home exercise routines to support discharge planning


* Follow facility policies and maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements


* Report any equipment issues to ensure a safe and efficient therapy environment


* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Qualifications


* Valid Physical Therapist Assistant License (State of California)
