We're looking for a skilled and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team and help patients regain independence, confidence, and function

What You'll Do


* Provide therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist and physician plan of care


* Document daily treatments, progress notes, and evaluations accurately and on time


* Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure the best outcomes for each patient


* Train and support Restorative Aides as needed


* Educate patients, families, and staff on care plans and home exercise programs


* Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings


* Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe treatment area

What We're Looking For


* Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the State of Washington


* Proficient in computer systems such as Casamba and PointClickCare


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable


* Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care
