Waiter/Waitress - Part Time FTC

At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are looking to for Waiters/Waitresses to join us with an immediate start date on a fixed term contract until January 2026 in the heart of Mayfair.

What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of our service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering a memorable experience for every guest by providing outstanding service, delicious food, and perfectly crafted drinks.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


* Greeting guests and taking food and drink orders


* Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar teams


* Delivering meals and beverages promptly and accurately


* Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the terrace area before and after service


* Handling guest queries and concerns with professionalism and care

What we’re looking for:


* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, bartender, or barista is preferred


* Must be able to commit to 30 hours per week.


* Proven ability to handle guest interactions and resolve issues calmly and confidently


* A positive attitude and a strong team spirit


* Willingness to learn new skills and support colleagues across the wider hotel team
